Hello, FACT Members and Friends!

Please read the following details carefully.

Due to some unforeseen circumstances over the past few months, we have had to push some of our November items back a few weeks. I apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding this may have caused.

However, I would, finally, like to invite you all to join us for our annual End-of-Year Meeting and Social at Black Potion. There is a small bar with beer, wine, and a few snacks. You may bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks, or have food delivered to the venue.

If you’re new to FACT or San Antonio, it won’t all be business, so feel free to come out and join the fun! It’ll be a great way to meet other like-minded locals and learn a bit about the community. Bring your favorite tabletop game or browse the many Black Potion has to borrow.

End-of-Year Information
If you’re interested in getting more involved with FACT, now is the time! In addition to the open board positions, we are looking for volunteers of all kinds as we move into next year. Come chat with us about how you can get involved!

The FACT Board positions NOW OPEN FOR NOMINATION are President, Secretary, and two Member-at-Large seats: one full 2-year term, and one 1-year vacancy term.

If you are interested in running for office, please contact us at fact@freethinkersact.org. We will make a final call for nominations from the floor during this meeting, and the official electronic ballots will go out on December 15th. (While we have had to push this year’s election to December, all timelines will be met according to our bylaws. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.)
